A self-installed device is a change to the structure or appearance of the building, garden, balcony and/or common area. It is a modification of the standard equipment of the rental property.
Minor changes
You can make minor changes without asking permission. Minor changes are changes to the inside of your house. These changes can be undone or removed without much expense on the expiry of the rental contract.
Mayor changes
